چکیده
جنس Grammosciadium متعلق به تیره چتریان بوده و در ایران 3 گونه دارد که در مناطق معتدله یا معتدله سرد می رویند و برای تغذیه دامها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. گونه Grammosciadium scabridium از دامنه کوههای جنوب غربی شهرستان خرم آباد واقع در استان لرستان با ارتفاع 1460 متر جمع آوری گردید و پس از خشک کردن گیاه در سایه، اسانس گیری از سرشاخه های میوه دار با روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد. شناسایی ترکیبات موجود در اسانس به وسیله کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) وکروماتوگراف گازی متصل به طیف سنج جرمی (GC/MS) صورت گرفت. مطالعات آناتومیکی نیز توسط روش رنگ آمیزی مضاعف با استفاده از دو رنگ سبز متیل و قهوه ای بیسمارک صورت گرفت. آنالیز اسانس G. scabridium منجر به شناسایی 24 ترکیب شد که 5/94% درصد از کل اسانس را شامل شده و مهمترین ترکیب های آن شامل سیکلوهگزن-1-اون (53/29%)، لیمونن (09/17%)، آپیول (78/11%)، هگزادکانوئیک اسید (62/5%) و اسپاتولنول (24/3%) می باشند. بررسی های آناتومیکی نیز نشان داد که ساقه این گیاه 9 ضلعی بوده و دارای 40-44 عدد کانال ترشحی در پوست و مغز به ویژه در مناطقی که بافت های کلانشیمی وجود دارند می باشد.

Essential oil composition and secretory structures of Grammosciadium scabridium Boiss in fruiting stage.

The genus Grammosciadium DC. (Apiaceae) consists of three species in Flora of Iran. Generally, they are located in temperate or temperate–cold pasturelands and are considered to be attractive animal foods. The aerial parts of Grammosciadium scabridium in fruiting stage were collected from southwest mountains of Khoram-Abad in Lorestan province, Iran. Collected plant materials were dried in shade and were hydro distillated using a Clevenger apparatus. The oil was analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. The anatomical studies were carried out using double staining method with brown bismark and methyl green. GC and GC/MS analysis of the essential oil resulted in the identification of 36 compounds, representing 89.3% the total oil. Major constituents of the oil were 2- Cyclohexen- 1- one (29.53%), limonene (17.09%), apiol (11.78%), hexadecanoic acid (5.62%), spathulenol (3.24%). The anatomical studies showed that the stem is nineangled and 40-44 secretory canals were found in the corterx and pith.
