چکیده

مقدمه: تالاب رودبست در استان مازندران یکی از منابع مهم تأمین آب کشاورزی و پناهگاه زمستان گذرانی برخی پرندگان مهاجر است. شناسایی ترکیب فلورستیک و تنوع گیاهی اکوسیستم‌های تالابی یکی از شاخص‌های پایش تغییرات زیست‌محیطی است. روش: در این پژوهش طی مطالعات میدانی و آزمایشگاهی به جمع‌آوری، شناسایی و تعیین ترکیب فلورستیک، شکل زیستی و پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان تالاب رودبست پرداخته شد. نتایج و بحث: تعداد 153 گونه گیاه آوندی در 123 سرده و 47 تیره گیاهی از منطقه موردمطالعه شناسایی شده است که از این میان تیره گندمیان (Poaceae) با 16 گونه (46/10 درصد) و تیره کاسنی (Asteraceae) با 15 گونه (8/9 درصد) به‌ترتیب غنی‌ترین تیره‌های گیاهی منطقه ازنظر تعداد گونه می‌باشند. بیشترین اشکال زیستی گونه‌ها در منطقه موردمطالعه مربوط به تروفیت‌ها یا یکساله‌ها و بیشترین تنوع گونه‌ها مربوط به عناصر چند ناحیه‌ای است. ازنظر نوع زیستگاه، بیشترین درصد فراوانی را گونه‌های رطوبت پسند (8/43 درصد) و پس‌ازآن گونه‌های حاشیه‌ای (6/38 درصد) به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.

Introduction: The Roodbast Wetland in Mazandaran Province serves as a vital agricultural water source and a winter refuge for certain migratory bird species. The analysis of floristic composition and plant diversity within wetland ecosystems stands as a pivotal indicator for monitoring environmental shifts.
Method: This study encompassed field data collection, followed by laboratory analysis to identify and ascertain the floristic composition, life forms, and chrotype of the plant species within the Roodbast Wetland.
Results and discussion: A total of 153 species of vascular plants, distributed across 123 genera and 47 families, have been identified within the Roodbast Wetland. Among these, Poaceae stands out with 16 species (10.46%), followed by Asteraceae with 15 species (9.8%), making them the most prominent plant families. The prevailing life form is Therophyte, while the dominant chorotype consists of pluriregional elements. In terms of habitat distribution, the majority consists of hygrophyte species (43.8 percent), followed closely by marginal species (38.6 percent).
