چکیده

360 قطعه بچه ماهی کپور در یک طرح تصادفی در قالب 4 تیمار و هر تیمار با سه تکرار بررسی شدند. به جیره غذایی پایه تیمار ها به ترتیب مقادیر صفر،ppm1000 ،ppm2000،ppm3000 عصاره استویا اضافه گردید. ماهیان به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. ماهیان در ابتدا و انتهای دوره زیست سنجی شدند و شاخص های رشد شامل افزایش وزن، افزایش طول، درصد رشد نسبی، درصد رشد ویژه، فاکتور وضعیت، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و نسبت بازده پروتئین بین تیمارها مقایسه گردید. ماهیان در ابتدای دوره و انتهای دوره به منظور تعیین میزان چربی، خاکستر، پروتئین خام، فیبر خام، کربوهیدرات و رطوبت موردسنجش و بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تقریبا تمام شاخص های رشد مورد مطالعه که شامل افزایش وزن (775/3±154/21 گرم)، درصد رشد نسبی (037/0±211/0درصد) و درصد رشد ویژه (182/0±540/1 درصد) در تیمار 3 (تیمار تغذیه شده با ppm 2000 عصاره استویا) افزایش معناداری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشت (05/0 p<) هر چند که این اختلاف معنی دار بین شاهد و تیمارهای تحت تیمار با عصاره استویا در غلظت های 1000 و 3000 قسمت در میلیون مشاهده نشد. از نظر ترکیبات شیمیایی بدن تفاوت بین میانگین فاکتورهای رطوبت، چربی، پروتئین و کربوهیدرات تیمارهای آزمایش با تیمار شاهد معنا دار بود (05/0 p<). بین میزان خاکستر بدن تیمار های آزمایش اختلاف معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0p<). در مجموع بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق افزودن عصاره استویا به میزان ppm 2000 در جیره غذایی ماهی کپور معمولی جهت بهبود پارامترهای رشدی، تغذیه و کیفیت لاشه در این ماهیان بهترین نتایج را داشت.

The effect of adding Stevia (Stevia rebaudian) extract in the diet on the growth, survival and fillet chemical properties on common carp (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده [English]

Three hundred sixty juveniles were randomly distributed into 4 treatments each with three replicates and reared in 300 liter tanks for 2 month. Three experimental treatments were fed with stevia supplemented diet at different concentration (100, 2000 and 3000 ppm) and and control group were feed with non –supplemented diets . At the end of treatments following growth parameters: condition factor, specific growth rate, relative growth rate, weight gain, length gain, food conversion ratio ,protein efficiency ratio were measured . Chemical properties of fillet including the amount of fat, crude protein, fiber, carbohydrate, ash and moisture were measured before and at the end of treatment. Results show that there was significant effect on all studied parameters such as weight gain(21.15±3.775 g) relative growth rate(0.211±0.037%),specific growth rate(1.540±0.182%) among fish fed with stevia supplemented diet at 2000 ppm and that of the control(p<0.05). According to the chemical properties, significant difference was observed between all experimental groups and control group(p<0.05). Results show that there was no significant effect on the amount of ash among fish fed with stevia supplemented foods and that of the control (p>0.05). Based on the results of this study, incorporating stevia extract at concentration of 2000ppm had a significant effect on enhancing growth parameters and chemical properties of common carp.
