چکیده

 



در این تحقیق، اثرهای پروبیوتیک لاکتوباسیلوس رامنوسوس و پودر سیاه دانه در شاخص های رشد و تغذیه ی ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان بررسی شد. جیره های غذایی استفاده شده، شامل تیمار (1)، غذای تجاری قزل آلا (شاهد)؛ تیمار (2)، غذای شاهد دارنده ی پروبیوتیک لاکتوباسیلوس رامنوسوس (CFU 108) در هر کیلوگرم غذا؛ تیمارهای (3، 4 و 5) غذای شاهد دارنده ی به ترتیب 25، 50 و 100 گرم پودر سیاه دانه در هر کیلوگرم غذا و CFU 108 پروبیوتیک لاکتوباسیلوس رامنوسوس در هر گرم غذا بود. 
تعداد 900 قطعه بچه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان با میانگین وزنی 36 گرم، در 15 حوضچه ی بتنی حاوی 400 لیتر آب چاه (60 قطعه در هر حوضچه)، به مدت 60 روز، پرورش داده شدند. به ماهیان سه وعده در روز غذا داده شد. بیشترین افزایش وزن، طول استاندارد، ضریب رشد ویژه، نسبت کارایی غذا و میزان غذاگیری روزانه و کمترین میزان ضریب تبدیل غذا، در تیمار 25 گرم پودر سیاه دانه ی پروبیوتیک دیده شد، که با تیمار 100 گرم پودر سیاه دانه ی حاوی پروبیوتیک و تیمار شاهد اختلاف معنی دار نشان داد (05/0p>).

In this work the effect of Lactobacillus rhamnosus and black seed (Nigella sativa) powder was studied on growth and feeding parameters of rainbow trout. The feeding treatments used were (1) rainbow trout commercial diet (control)، (2) commercial diet supplemented with Lactobacillus rhamnosus (108 CFU/Kg feed)، (3، 4، 5) commercial diet supplemented with the same probiotic bacteria and 25، 50 and 100 g black seed powder/Kg feed respectively. 900 rain bow trout fingerlings (average wt. 36g) were cultured in 15 concrete tanks containing 400 L underground well water for a period of 60 days. The fish were fed three times every day to apparent satiation. Maximum weight gain، standard length، specific growth rate، feed efficiency ratio and daily feed intake and minimum feed efficiency rate (FCR) were observed in group fed on feed containing probiotic bacteria and 25 g black seed/Kg feed compared to the control and the fish received 100 g black seed in their feed (P < 0.05). It was concluded that supplementation of 108 CFU Lactobacillus rhamnosus and 25 g black seed powder/Kg feed can positively influence the growth and feeding parameters of rain bow trout.
