چکیده
در این مطالعه اثر سطوح مختلف ویتامین c بر سیستم ایمنی ماهی Barbus grypus مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت . به این منظور در تاریخ15/2/90 ̛̛ از کارگاه تکثیر و پرورش ماهی ازادگان 300 عدد ماهی با وزن متوسط (2.5 ± 27.5) گرم به صورت کاملا تصادفی به 4 تیمار آزمایشی و یک تیمار کنترل ، که هر تیمار در 3 تکرار تقسیم گردید . تیمارها به ترتیب با غلظت های 0،200،400،800،1600 میلی گرم ویتامین c در کیلو گرم جیره به مدت 60 روز و روزانه 2 مرتبه و به میزان %3 وزن بدن تغذیه شدند. در انتهای دوره ازهر تیمار 6 قطعه ماهی از طریق ورید ساقه دمی ( Caudal vein ) خون گیری شد و پارامترهای خون شناسی از جمله شمارش کلی و تفریقی گلبولهای سفید به روش های متداول آزمایشگاهی اندازه گیری گردید از میان فاکتورهای مورد بررسی در شمارش کلی گلبولها از جمله مونوسیت ها، ائوزینوفیل هاو لنفوسیت ها، تفاوت معنی داری بین تیمارها مشاهده نشد( P≥0.05 ). تعداد گلبولهای سفید و نوتروفیل ها ، افزایش معنی داری (در سطح اطمینان 95%) در سایر تیمارها نسبت به گروه شاهد داشتند ( P≥0.05 ) .

چکیده [English]
This study was conducted in order to characterize the effect of different levels of dietary vitamin C on the immune system of Barbuas grypus. For this purpose 300 Barbuas grypus were divided into 15 groups( 5 treatments [b1] each with 3 replicate) . Five levels of vitamin C (0, 200 ,400,800,1600 mg kg-1 diet) and their combination were used to prepare five experimental diets. The fish were fed 3% of their wet body weight /day for a 60 days period. Blood samples were obtained from six fish of each tank at the end of experiment and following parameters were measured: white blood cell count (WBC ( and leucocytes differential count . According to the results , a significant increased was observed in the white blood cell count between treatments compared to the control group(p≤0.05). The results of differential count of leucocytes revealed significant differences in nuetrophils between treatments compared to control group (p≤0.05) , and the low number was recorded in control group.
