Abstract

In the present study, based on the importance of sorghum plant different explants including leaf, root segments and mature seed fron in vitro grown plant on MS medium were cultured on the same medium containing Kinetin, 2,4-D, IBA and NAA. Among explants only segments from germinated seeds were able to produce callus after 1-3 months.
