Abstract
In this survey, the strains of bacillus sp. isolated from alkali solid with ability to produce alkaline protease were screened and identified .Then the enzyme production was assayed in different production affecting factors. The best solid substrate was combination of wheat straw and potato wastes .Also the best production incubation time, moisture content and co-carbon sources .were 96h, 250% and Glucose respectively. Ammonium sulfate was the best nitrogen source for enzyme production enhancement. The maximum enzyme yield in the upper optimum condition was 6800u/g.
