چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات هوازی و مصرف دارچین بر برخی عوامل  خطر زای قلبی عروقی در زنان فعال می باشد. پژوهش حاضر در پاییز 1392 در سالن ورزشی دانشگاه الزهرا انجام شد. 28 دانشجوی دختر رشته تربیت بدنی(سنین2/02±22/36سال؛ وزن7/17±59/80 کیلوگرم؛ قد6/60±162/40 سانتی متر) به طور داوطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به 5 گروه: 1) تمرین هوازی2) تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف دارچین3) تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف دارونما4) دارچین5) کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرین هوازی به مدت 6 هفته و با شدت 80-65 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب انجام شد. در ابتدا و انتهای مطالعه نمونه های خونی جمع آوری گردید. دادهها در نرمافزار آماری SPSS20  وارد شدند و از آزمون کروسکال والیس، ویلکاکسون در سطح معناداری ( 0/05> p) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.  نیم رخ لیپیدی ، قند خون وBMI در گروه تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف دارچین تفاوت معنی داری نداشت(0/05> p). بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه ممکن است انجام فعالیت ورزشی با شدت 80-65 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی بیش از 6 هفته به همراه  مصرف دارچین می تواند موجب بهبود نیم رخ لیپیدی، قندخون و شاخص توده بدنی گردد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic training and cinnamon consumption on some cardiovascular risk factors in active women. This study was conducted in autumn 2013 at Al Zahra University Sports University. 28 female students of physical education (ages 02/2 ± 36/22 years, weight 17/7 ± 80/59 kg, height 60/6 ± 40/162 cm) are recruited and randomized into 5 groups: 1) exercise 2) aerobic exercise combined with cinnamon 3) aerobic training with placebo 4) cinnamon 5) were assigned. Intensity aerobic exercise was for 6 weeks with 80-65% of maximum heart rate. Blood samples were collected at the beginning and end of the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS20 software and Kruskal Wallis test, Wilcoxon test was used at significant level (p <0.05). lipid profile in the aerobic exercise group showed no significant difference with cinnamon consumption (P<0.05). Based on the results of this study, exercise activity with intensity of 65-80% of maximal oxygen consumption over 6 weeks with cinnamon supplementation can improve lipid, glucose and BMI.
